Di-Calcium Malate is a combination of Malic Acid and Calcium. When these natural ingredients are combined,  Calcium absorption improves.

Di Potassium Phosphate & Potassium Citrate: These ingredients are excellent sources for electrolyte replacement, and also help prevent the build up of lactic acid in the body. Key ingredients in TruWeight & Energy:

AMP: AMP (4-Amino-2-Methylpentane Citrate) acts as a metabolism “booster” and assists the body in metabolizing fatty tissue. Green Tea EGCG Extract: Green tea enriched in Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) shows significant results in helping individuals maintain their ideal weight.  After research was conducted, it is thought that the EGCG compound in Green Tea is what contributed to weight loss. 

There are three hypothesis on how Green Tea EGCG helps in promoting a healthy weight:

1) Increased blood flow – by increasing  blood flow throughout the body,  oxygenation to muscles increases and and raises caloric demands;

2) combining EGCG with a nominal amount of caffeine allows for increased fat oxidation (Dulloo et al, 1999); and 3) modulating insulin effect –  educes the incidences of glucose spikes (Li et al, 2006). 

Green Tea is also a rich source of anti-oxidants.

Dendrobium: Dendrobium is a fundamental herb in traditional medicine, found in certain species of the Orchid family. Extracts enriched in dendrobium alkaloids show many beneficial effects, including: increased focus, enhanced confidence, and increased energy. 

Unlike other stimulants these beneficial effects don’t come with an unwanted increase in blood pressure. 

Dendrobium is considered to be highly effective when coupled with synephrine (Bitter Orange) and small amounts of caffeine in helping individuals meet their weight loss goals.

Bitter Orange: The combination of Bitter Orange peel and caffeine is a safe alternative to thermogenic products.  The active ingredient in Bitter Orange is Synephrine. Synephrine doesn’t have the negative side effects that eventually limited the sale of ephedra (Stohs et al., 2012). 

Bitter orange works by increasing the amount of glucose consumption  but at a much lower and healthier rate than ephedrine (Stohs et al., 2011; Hong et al., 2012; Vinson et al., 2012).

Phenylethylamine HCI:  PEA, is an alkaloid commonly found in chocolate that encourages increased release of dopamine. This creates the feel-good “Chocolate High”. The euphoric feeling from released dopamine associated with PEA usually lasts between 5-20minutes.

The increase in mood can often be found to encourage exercise and other activities associated with increased caloric expenditure.  Because of the ability to enhance mood and promote exercise, PEA is found in a variety of top  weight management products.

Caffeine: TruWeight & Energy contains a small amount of Caffeine.  The use of caffeine in moderation has a positive effect on the body. This formula just enough is used to act as a catalyst in activating other key ingredients in the formula without causing irritability or withdrawal symptoms.

Bioperine (Black Pepper): Piperine, the active ingredient in black pepper, has been patent proven to enhance the absorption of molecules into the body(Majeed et al., 1996).  Black pepper extract stimulates active absorption, allowing for enhanced and sustained effects of the active ingredients in compounds.
