What is truFIX?

What is the recommended daily serving?

I’m used to taking capsules, how do I make the drink form?

If I take it with truCONTROL or reFORM, do I take it the same time I would take the truFIX capsules?
Yes, once in the morning and again in the early afternoon.
Do I need to change my diet if I’m taking truFIX/truCONTROL 2x a day?
You don’t have to change your diet, since this product was designed to fit into any diet regime or lifestyle. That being said, changing your diet by watching portion control, eating smaller meals/snacks throughout the day, or sticking to a low-carb meal plan, will give you better results than overeating and feasting on junk food. Some people find that they are more likely to eat in the morning since they are already taking the time to have their truFIX and truCONTROL (or truFORM) two times a day, and they plan their meals around that. ! If you are dealing with hormonal issues, thyroid issues, PCOS, you will find that low carb can best suite your system.
What if I don’t remember to take my doses?
As with any habit, it takes a while to get used to. Consistency is the key to success. It doesn’t hurt to set an alarm to remind you to take your doses. If you forget to take your supplements one morning or afternoon, take it the next day and keep on going.
What does it mean that truFIX helps with my blood chemistry?
